Your brain begins to emit alpha waves instead of beta, which is what you emit when you&#8217;re fully awake. Alpha waves create a sense of peace and well-being in your mind and body. When people are in this state, they seem to exude charisma as their mind focuses only on the here and now. When your mind is free, peak performance and enjoyment is naturally achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The yogi\u2019s, gurus, masters and enlightened ones believe that Alpha state is the level for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Healing<\/li><li>Intuition<\/li><li>Creative Manifestation<\/li><li>Heightened Empathy and Compassion<\/li><li>Releasing&nbsp;Stress<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>How We Achieve This Feeling of Calm Focus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To enter the alpha state of mind, start by getting relaxed, and then move on to different techniques that can get you in the alpha state of mind, including <strong>deep breathing<\/strong> and <strong>visualizations<\/strong>. Another good way is doing alpha state of <strong>mind meditation<\/strong>. After you relax your mind for the alpha state, it&#8217;s up to you which method you use to achieve it, though it&#8217;s a good idea to incorporate deep breathing in any other method you choose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One way to do it is through&nbsp;the long-term alpha state of mind meditation practice. Going to the alpha level or centering is the same as meditating. When someone meditates, scientifically, they are simply reducing their brain wave frequency to alpha. The Alpha level is the level we use to activate our minds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expert meditators with thousands of hours of practice regularly achieve the alpha state in their daily lives. It is certainly recommended to begin and stick with an alpha state of mind meditation practice. In the early going, you will generate alpha waves specifically during your meditation time, and gradually you\u2019ll notice that relaxed mental state creeps into more of your day. Instead, here are some shortcuts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Drinking tea<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically, you need to drink black, green, or white tea, all of which naturally contain a substance called&nbsp;Theanine. Drinking just two cups of green tea (thanks to the Theanine) significantly generates alpha brain waves and moves you into a state of relaxed alertness.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Aerobic exercise<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, a&nbsp;30-minute morning run&nbsp;would clear and relax the mind for the full day ahead. Yoga&nbsp;has also been proven to significantly increase alpha brain waves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Specially-designed music<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Listen to&nbsp;some isochronic tones and binaural beats&nbsp;to help quickly tune your brain to the alpha state.
