If your purchase of the Services is on-going, we will give you prior notice of any changes to these Terms and you may elect to cancel the Services without penalty before the changed Terms affect you.

You must not interfere with or disrupt Brainwaves^® or servers or networks connected to Brainwaves such as the transmission of worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature applicable local, state, national, or international law.
You must not, in using the Website or other Services, intentionally or unintentionally violate any application local, state, national, or international law.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your account. While we prohibits such conduct and content within the app, you understand and agree that we cannot be responsible for the content posted on its app.

By placing an Order through the Website or other Services, you warrant that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
You are at least 13 years old and if younger than 18 years old, that your placement of an Order is done so with the consent of your parents, guardians, authorized school officials, or counselors;

Expectations and Outcomes Disclaimer

Brainwaves^® does not give you assurance that our products will work overnight. We do not sell instant miracle tools. What we can confirm is that our products offer different results to different people.For that reason, you might need to use them multiple times to yield results.

First you need to get used to how our tools work and then start gaining experience with them. We cannot state the timeline for expected results. There are some people who might get results instantly and others who might take a little longer to notice any changes as they persist in listening to their favorite albums.

But Brainwaves promises constant posting of sincere opinions, beliefs, findings and other information concerning the experiences people have had with our products.

Purchase

We offer certain enhanced features of the Services which you can purchase as a monthly or yearly subscription (“Subscription”) or an In-app Purchase (“In-app”). The amounts due and payable by you for a Subscription or an In-app that you purchase through the Services will be presented to you before you place your order.

If you choose to purchase a Subscription or an In-app Purchase via the Services, you agree (a) to pay the applicable fees and any taxes; (b) that we may charge your account with the app store or distribution platform (like the Apple App Store or Google Play) where the App is made available (each, an “App Provider”); and (c) to bear any additional charges that your App Provider, bank or other financial service provider may levy on you as well as any taxes or fees that may apply to your order.

Subscriptions Automatically Renew Until You Cancel & How to Cancel Your Subscription

All subscription amounts are payable and charged: (i) if you purchase via the website, at the time you place your order; and (ii) If you purchase your Subscription via an App Provider, at the beginning of the subscription and, because each such subscription renews automatically for an additional period equal in length to the expiring subscription term until you cancel it, at the time of each renewal until you cancel. You must cancel your monthly or yearly Subscription before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees for the next Subscription period with the App Provider. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period and you will continue to receive the Services ordered until the end of your current Subscription period.

If you have any concerns or objections regarding charges, you agree to raise them with us first and you agree not to cancel or reject any credit card or App Provider charges unless you have made a reasonable attempt at resolving the matter directly with us.

We reserve the right to not process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances, for example, if your credit card is declined, if we suspect the request or order is fraudulent, or in other circumstances We deem appropriate in its sole discretion. We also reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity in connection with your order. We will either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.

*If you subscribe via iOS App please note that:

– Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase

– Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

– Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

– Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the your Account Settings after purchase

– Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Changes to Price Terms

Brainwaves^®reserves the right to change its pricing terms for Subscriptions and In-apps at any time.

Future Functionality

You agree that your purchases are not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by us regarding future functionality or features.

Copyright

All the resources including the images, videos, audios and texts are protected by the trademark and copyright. Any use of the above sources without permission is illegal. All right, title, and interest in and to Brainwaves^® (excluding Content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Brainwaves^® and its licensors. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use Brainwaves^® name or any of Brainwaves^® trademarks, logos, domain names, images, videos, audios and texts and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Brainwaves^® is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
